There are many brokers nowadays who are owned or partially owned (often not obviously) by Insurers.
However we are a totally independent business owned by the working directors so there is no conflict of interest with our primary duty of representing and acting solely in the best interests of our Clients.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and all our Clients' monies are kept protected in what is known as a statutory trust account.
We are also members of the British Insurance Brokers Association as well as Countrywide Insurance Marketing, the largest insurance network in the UK.
With a staff of 25 we specialise in small and medium sized businesses and, within that, have particular specialities (including staff dedicated to) the care, courier, property owner and contractor sectors.
In addition to some schemes and facilities exclusive to Aldium, we provide our Clients with access to over 100 Insurers, Product Providers and Schemes and testament to those facilities are Insurance Brokers throughout the UK who entrust their clients insurances to us.
Our covenant with our Clients is to have and use the appropriate knowledge, expertise and skills and then act with integrity, professionalism and fairness in their best interests.
